A Little Red Story from Chicago
We love to hear about your Little Red experiences! Here's a story from Sallie Stiens, a blogger who writes for Chicago Now. Sallie came to Utah and rode in her first Little Red last year. A LITTLE RED 2011 SNEAK PREVIEW!!!
We are currently working on getting our permits and everything ready to get our website updated and registration open. We are hoping to open registration on February 7th.
Little Red Riding Hood 2011 will again take place on the rural country roads of the beautiful Cache Valley. The starting point will be at the Lewiston City Fairgrounds 17 miles north of Logan, Utah.
We are excited about our Fabulous 1950’s theme this year!
Some of the ideas we are working on are:
Riders can expect to have meals at the Little Red Diner (complete with a couple of roller skating car hops).
Our wolf will be dressed in a black leather jacket and other bad boy 1950’s attire.
A 1950’s pink Cadillac will drive our wolf around the course during the ride.
A 1950’s style ice cream parlor for the finish line party
A very special surprise finish line gift for all the riders
A live band with great Rock and Roll music
More signature Little Red clothing items than ever (including a poodle skirt – short and perfect for cycling and a couple of army style hats with our Rock and Roll logo.

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN SOON!
June 4th, 2011 will be the 24th annual Little Red Riding Hood all women's bicycle ride. Save the date for this great bike ride and event. This year's theme will take riders back to the happy days of the 1950's. We have some new ideas that should make this event more fantastic than ever. The Bonneville Bicycle Club is busy organizing and making plans. We hope to open registration sometime in February. Check back on this site and we will announce registration opening as soon as we have a date. We hope to see you in June!
